Anti-Human Trafficking


The Ministry of Labour, Training, and Skills Development (MLTSD) has formed a Divisional Intelligence Unit as part of provincial Anti-Human Trafficking efforts.  The Unit is comprised of Health & Safety Inspectors, Employment Standards Officers, and a Senior Manager of the Unit.

The DIU focuses on investigating exploitative labour practices and labour trafficking activity. Please reach out to the DIU at if you have any information regarding labour exploitation. Please note tips and leads to this email address may be provided without identifying the affected worker(s).
