Anti-Human Trafficking

The Ministry of Labour, Training, and Skills Development (MLTSD) has formed a Divisional Intelligence Unit as part of provincial Anti-Human Trafficking efforts.  The Unit is comprised of Health & Safety Inspectors, Employment Standards Officers, and a Senior Manager of the Unit.

The DIU focuses on investigating exploitative labour practices and labour trafficking activity. Please reach out to the DIU at labourtrafficking@ontario.ca if you have any information regarding labour exploitation. Please note tips and leads to this email address may be provided without identifying the affected worker(s).
