"When The Ground Shifts: The Impact of Funding Cuts on the Immigrant and Refugee Serving Sector" documents the impacts of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) 2024 funding changes on agencies in Peel, Toronto and York Region.
It also offers recommendations on the steps government, funders and agencies can take to preserve a system and services that has delivered excellence for generations, sustaining Canada’s reputation as a sought-after home for people from around the world.
